The Bath MBA Insight Series is designed to equip prospective MBA students with essential insights and tools for a successful application journey and strategic professional growth. Led by a team of expert speakers from the Bath MBA programme, each session provides focussed, actionable guidance tailored to strengthen your application, elevate your interview performance, and refine your career trajectory.

The first session, hosted by Becky Gallagher, Head of Recruitment & Admissions, delves into crafting an MBA application that sets you apart. Through her years of experience in MBA admissions, Becky shares insider tips and strategies to highlight your strengths, showcase your achievements, and communicate your unique value to admissions committees.

In the following session, Dr. Pete Nuttall, Associate Dean of the School, guides participants in developing a powerful and authentic personal brand. This workshop focuses on preparing for the interview stage, emphasising the importance of self-awareness and genuine representation. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to present themselves confidently, aligning their values and aspirations with those of top MBA programmes.

The final session, led by Matt Rusling, Head of MBA Operations & Careers, is a deep dive into strategic career planning. Accompanied by a panel of experts, Matt offers advice on setting meaningful career goals, articulating a compelling career narrative, and optimising your professional profile. This session is particularly beneficial for those looking to leverage their MBA for career advancement, as it encourages participants to envision and prepare for their post-MBA career path.
