Spring Supply Chain Forum Registration – University of Tennessee Knoxville

  • Will the event be hosted in person or virtually?

The April 2025 Supply Chain Forum will be hosted at the Marriott Knoxville DowntownWe will not offer a virtual experience.

  • How do I know if my company is an SCF partner?

The GSCI website lists all basic and premium Supply Chain Forum partners. If your company is not listed but you think it should be, email gsci@utk.edu.

  • How many people from my company can register?

Basic partners have five seats and premium partners have eight seats at each forum. Contact us if you’d like to send more people.

  • What’s the registration deadline?

March 15th is the last day to use GSCI’s room block at the Marriott Knoxville Downtown. Space is limited, so plan accordingly.

  • What about hotel accommodations?

You will receive hotel booking instructions in your confirmation email when you register.

  • What if I want to attend, but my company is not an SCF partner?

The event is exclusive to SCF partners. If your company wants to become an SCF partner, contact us or register by selecting the “Invited Guest” registration type.

MS SCM Online and EMBA students, if you plan on attending and your employer is not an SCF partner, register using the “UT Student” registration option.

  • How should I register if I am an MS SCM Online student?

If you are currently enrolled in the MS SCM Online program and a current employee of a Supply Chain Forum partner company, use the “Partner” registration type. Otherwise, register using the “UT Student” registration type.

  • Parking & Shuttle Information

Forum partners staying onsite will have priority parking at the Marriott. All other partners should plan to park at the Locust Street Garage. GSCI staff will provide parking validations at the event.

Additional parking/transportation options are available for students and faculty/staff:

    1. Hilton Parking Garage (hourly fee at your own expense)
    2. Upper Blackstock Lot: 841 Grand Ave, Knoxville, TN 37902 (4-minute walk to Marriott via World’s Fair Park)
    3. Small Blackstock Lot: 770 World’s Fair Park Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902 (6-minute walk to Marriott via World’s Fair Park)
  • Shuttle Departure/Arrival Addresses
